Returns and Refunds Policy – B2P Essentials Private Limited
At B2P Essentials Private Limited, we ensure that every product is packed with utmost care so it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of any issue, we are here to help.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share:
- Clear photos of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
Within 24 hours of delivery at support@b2pshopping.in or WhatsApp/Call at 8274041114. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
2. Return Policy (7 Days Return Window)
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Please clearly mention the items you wish to return
- For partial returns, hand over only the selected items to the pickup agent
2(a) Free Return & Store Credit
- Free doorstep pickup will be arranged
- Store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued after pickup
- Store credit can be used for future purchases
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Note: We reserve the right to deny free returns if previous COD orders were refused at delivery.
2(b) Return Limitations
- Multiple return requests from the same account may attract return charges
- B2P reserves the right to deny such returns
3. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- All accompanying documents must be returned
4. Reverse Pickup Limitations
In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable, reverse pickup may be delayed until service resumes.
5. Missing or Tampered Orders
- Record a video while opening the package
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
- If marked delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours
6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
- Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners
- Delivery timelines are approximate
- B2P is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of placing
- Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
For COD Orders:
- Repeated non-acceptance may lead to order restrictions
For Prepaid Orders:
- Two-way shipping charges may be deducted in such cases
8. Return Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and quality check.
9. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by the B2P support team. Approval may take up to 48 hours.
10. Offline Returns
Products purchased online cannot be returned at any offline location.
11. Store Credit Validity
- Valid for 3 months from issuance
- Can be used on any product without restrictions
12. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve all concerns amicably. In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction shall lie in Kolkata, India.
13. Product Variations
Some products (especially handmade or artisanal items) may have slight variations in color, texture, or size. These are natural and not considered defects.
14. Bulk or Customized Orders
This return policy does not apply to bulk or customized orders. Such cases will be handled individually.
15. Return Abuse Policy
- Deny repeated returns
- Restrict accounts with unusual return patterns
16. Final Note
All returns and quality checks are subject to B2P’s discretion. However, we always strive to ensure the best experience for our customers.
